I filed for a sellers permit for the state of GA. I received a confirmation e-mail that looked suspicious, but I'm new to this so I wasn't sure. There was one contact person and an e-mail provided. I have not received a response from that person nor the e-mail in which I received the payment confirmation from. I paid $109.00 and haven't heard anything from anyone.

We emailed the customer June 5 regarding her application and processed a refund as per customer request. We are a third party assistance service and we do assist with obtaining resale certificate. This notice is also posted on our site.

I recently applied for a sellers permit on this website and they charged me 109$ which i thought was normal for a sellers permit but when i received my receipt there was only one email on the receipt with a girl's name saying I can contact her for all of my needs. However i applied for a georgia sellers permit but my purchase said " Texas state sells certificate". I have emailed the website and the girl multiple times saying that i do not need a texas certificate but a georgia certificate and haven't heard anything back from anyone. I would like a refund and would like for this website to be reported as a scam and shut down.
