Tried free sample. Cats only liked two flavors. Sample experience was fine. Wanted to make an account to fine tune what flavors I wanted for my cats, but that wasn’t available. BUT One month later, they signed me up an account on my behalf- and then a few days later charge me for a sampler platter OF EVERY FOOD, wet or frozen! Now I’m having to dispute this through my bank, since I did not authorize the subscription to the sampler platter.

Making an account for me one month later is SKETCH.
