Purchased an advertised sale of bike lights from their website smartbikelights.com on December of 2021. I also opted for expedited delivery so I can received the product ASAP. Weeks passed by and I haven't receive the merchandise. Sent e-mail and April Rose C, their customer service specialist replied that is on queue to ship. Fast forward to 6 months, and as of now June, 2022, I still have not received my merchandise still. Kept sending e-mail but they don't reply anymore. The website is still up and still advertising sale events. I wonder how many more people are they scamming.
