We went through the same process except our puppy was not shipped we sent money to Zelle for the puppy and the money to have her fixed through her financial agent $98.00 the owner sent me a video and pics also they were really good scam artist. It breaks my heart I had already fallen in love with my puppy. We are senior citizens and have always been honorable people will be praying for these people
I saved all the texts and everything that was sent if someone goes after the scammers

Did a Google search for available Chihuahua puppies. This site came up and I went through their process to inquire about the puppy of interest. I was contacted by a text message along with extra pictures. To purchase they wanted payment via Zelle. I paid and supposedly the puppy was being shipped. Had an email from the cargo company with a tracking number and their website (https://premier-aerologistics.com). Then as time went on I received an email saying that the puppy reach a destination where they needed a temperature controlled crate. The cost of rental and insurance was $1,500.00 and supposedly upon delivery and return of the crate we would be refunded by a check. Again the cargo company was looking for payment via Zelle. They still converse saying that they will get the problem resolved.
