They will call you saying that are with Washington gas and that you qualify for a discount on your gas bill. They will ask for your account number and verify other information they have on you from Washington Gas. DO NOT ENTERTAIN. They will enroll your gas account under their company and you will be subject to increased fees on your bill.

An individual with an accent call and said they are calling from PG&E and that they are offering us a 10% discount for 2 months. They asked for my account information and said that nothing is changed and which is not true. About 3 weeks after the phone call, I got a letter from PG&E indicating that I had signed up with a company name Smart One Energy, LLC to provide natural gas to my home. I did not consent to a change in gas supplier. Yet PG&E cannot stop the change. Frustrating!
