I was booking my transportation in advance for my trip. I wanted someone to drop me of at the LAX airport, then pick me up a week later to bring me home. I had specifically told them I was to be having surgery and was not allowed to sit down on the ride home. I specifically requested for a limousine to pick me up so I can just rest on my stomach. When purchasing, they charged me 90 for my ride to LAX. The ride was nice and simple. They charged me 180 for my ride back. The sales associate I had spoken to told me the limo would pick me up from LAX and drive me home, she had also said she will notify them of my surgery and to let me lie down in the middle of the limo. Never once did she tell me that their "limousine" service was actually a black van. So when I got texted a black van would pick me up from the airport instead of a limousine, I tried to call them to tell them that they had it wrong. I was put on a brief hold the hung up on. I ended up getting in the van since I just wanted to go home by this point. There was no room for me to lie down so I had to sit the entire hour drive home. When I finally got home I was in a lot of pain. I called them and they said they'd have their manager call me back. No call for the rest of the day and the next. Call them back and an associate then tells me they don't provide a limousine service. Limousine is in the name of the business, and they said they didn't provide it and that the person who told me that was wrong. I just hung up at this point sic
