I purchased a new TCL TV. I clicked on the prime video app. It gave out a code that I must send to Amazon prime/tv. I sent it via my phone. Up popped a message that there was a stop put on my application and to phone this number displayed on the screen. The operator said that I had a red flag until I paid 199.99 fee. Because I did not upgraded my menu in time. I fell for it… I recovered my senses.. got in touch with Pat pal. They opened a dispute file. The transaction was stopped. A refund int my CC account will be made in five days. I also stopped my credit card in case the scammers got access.
