I was in a rush ( which is my fault for procrastinating) to change my address and decided to do it online vs. the post office. I went on the USPS website ( or so I thought) and filled out a brief change of address form. When I put in my banking information, I realized there was no fee amount listed, but it still processed a payment! I immediately logged into my checking account to see a withdrawal for $179. I called the cheesy automated line back and listened to the prompts until I spoke with Alex ( he spoke very poor english btw). I basically told him this was an error and that this fee is not warranted for an address change . I was told that it's because they are a 3rd party. I told him this was technically fraud and I wanted a refund.. immediately. By the grace of God I was refunded within minutes, but they still had my banking info. Long story short I had to transfer money to another account and have my bank flag that card. I hope nobody else has to go through this. So many people work hard for their money, while bums and scammers steal. It's so sad. I also called them back from 3 different numbers within minutes of each other and suddenly the number was out of service. SMH

The used the US Postal change of address website and charge me $179. It usually only cost $1.00.
