I applied for a PPP Loan 1/29/2021 was approved for $234,180 signed the loan documents and submitted to Smartbiz. Received email that it will be funded in a few days. That was March 30, 2021. They will not answer any emails, the phone number is a recorded loop-no human.

I think the money was issued from the government and they kept it leaving us with the debt because we signed the loan documents. Also everywhere I turn it says to only talk to the lender There is no way to follow up with this theft. There has to be something done. The documents have names SSN dates of birth of all the partners

I am approved, and completed the application process and my account has been in the FUNDING phase for over 4 months this is not normal. Also the telefone number is not working.

Applied. provided sensitive documents and account information, such as SSN, BANKING INFO, EMPLOYEE REPORTS, ETC and was approved for PPP funding through this company on March 1st, 2021 and never heard back since. Hard pull inquiry left on credit report and $15,248 has never been seen in any account as of 4/30. Cannot reach relationship account manager, and it has changed twice. Crappy for a company to exist like this!

I have applied for a PPP Loan. I have provided all my tax papers including my personal information, social security number, copy of driver’s license, bank statements. After couple of weeks, I received the loan docs through email to be signed electronically. After signing the signing them I was told that money will be in my bank account within 7 business days. Today it’s been over 3 weeks that I did not receive my money and I’ve been emailing them ever since to find out the status of the deposit but unfortunately they have not been responding to my emails.
