West Highland Terrier scam. Offered puppy for sale but when I asked for three references and checked with AKC they dropped off the map. Was pressed to wire money and they would deliver the puppy. I said no but would drive to OKC to pick up the puppy but they said that I had to pay before I could get the dog. Wanted money wired to their bank VIA service through Walmart. We asked Walmart they told us that it was a direct transfer and we would have no recourse after the reciever got the cash. The Puppy site would not accept paypal and they would not give us their names or phone numbers.
