The Call start with them saying they are from Smarthomesolar, they then ask if your the homeowner and if you have any trees over your roof.

I would guess they are trying a phone scam to get some replies to "YES" and then illegal charges will be attempted.

Any calls from local caller ID spoofed numbers and an Indian accent answers the phone, HANG UP!
