After seeing this, I placed an order for the same set of four boxes. However, what I received was nothing like what was advertised. Instead, I was sent an envelope containing four small packages of mini LED lights that are clearly a safety hazard for outdoor use, given their poor quality and unsuitability for electronic connections.
I immediately filed a dispute with PayPal, but the company responded with demands that I drop the dispute or they wouldn't resolve the issue. Despite providing pictures of the product as they requested, they continued to give me the runaround. I insisted on a refund and asked for a return address to send back the substandard product, but they only complied once I escalated the issue with PayPal.
Last week, PayPal informed me that the company agreed to issue a refund if I returned the product, but they provided me with a dubious address in Vietnam. The product was shipped from China, and my research shows that the company is actually based in Singapore. This inconsistency raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of their information.
I feel completely scammed and have reported the company to the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising. Additionally, their website lacks essential information such as an address, phone number, and return policy, making it clear that it's a fraudulent site. I am taking action because they continue to advertise on social media, and PayPal has failed to provide a satisfactory solution. It's time to hold this scammer accountable.
