I was reading an article on the internet and an add from SmartSaker appeared advertising a small 4” handheld chainsaw. I went to the SmartSaker website and SmartSaker had the chainsaw that I wanted advertised for $119.99 which was supposed to be a 50% discount. I purchase the saw and at the end of the transaction the SmartSaker site even asked for a gratuity of which I foolishly offered $12. So the final price for the chainsaw was $131.99. After completing the transaction I got to thinking that $131.99 was pretty high for the saw so I looked on Amazon.com and found the same exact item for $79.99 (a $52.00 difference). I immediately sent email to “[email protected] asking SmartSaker to cancel the order. By the next day I had not heard back for them so I sent another email to the same address requesting that SmartSaker cancel the order and send me an email confirmation that the order had been canceled. Another day went by and still no reply from SmartSaker. The following day I received the chainsaw at my front door. SmartSaker is only responsive when it is financially to their advantage. I think anyone considering to purchase any product from SmartSaker would be well advised to look somewhere else to a more reputable retailer.

Purchased a tool from Smartsaker online Oct 27, 2020 as a gift. Check Card Purchase / SMARTSAKER HTTPSWWW.SMAR TX Date 10/27/20 24492150301637462515720 569. Payment was made via visa credit card. Product was never opened or used as recipient did not want it. Returned item with a letter and email request for refund on 4 different occasions. No response from the company, There is no phone number to call, only their email box on the website. It has been over 2 months since the purchase and contacting the company. Checked spam/junk mail to no avail. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they do not honor their policies even though they state that they do. They also advertise on tv

Bought an item for Father's Day. Was charged immediately and given a tracking number the next day. The tracking number has not been updated in over a week nor does it say who it was shipped through, I have not received anything, nor can I get a hold of anyone to help me figure out where my package is. The email is all automated.
