I paid for the retainers and impressions. The impressions came. I took pictures of the impressions and sent them via email to see if they were suitable to send in. They said the impressions looked great even though I mentioned drags. I mailed them back and have had no further response from them. My retainer was never delivered. All emails have gone unanswered.
