I ordered 5 jars of gummies on 4/11/22. The pricing was misleading but I was OK to let that go. 10 days after ordering I sent email because I had not received anything or any type of notification of shipping. They emailed me back indicating it would be another 7 to 10 days. A few days after I sent that email I got an email from them telling me they were going to charge my card a second time because they were having problems with their first payment processor and I would be seeing a refund for that. They made that second charge on 4/25/22. They charged me 223.00 on 4/11 and another 223.00 on 4/25. Many emails and calls later I finally got the product on 5/20/22 but still cannot get a refund on that first charge. I just called again and now they tell me they don't even show that charge and as I tried to explain to them the "customer service" agent just hung up on me. I'm not sure how I feel about the gummies and I can't help but think they are a scam or just terrible business people but I'll never order from them again and have to assume I will never get that refund. So buyer beware - even if the gummies work they take your money (in my case they took it twice) and they will never send refund.
