Product was overcharged to debit card and never delivered. Bogus refunds were sent with the same transaction number to me but not to bank.

While I was away from home, Smliz filed an order that they said originated from my home. It was not mine. They charged my credit Card, am not sure how they had number and address; I could have ordered from them previously. As soon as I saw the email I replied saying it was not mine. Smilz replied with a 50% off or a 20% restocking fee. I felt both of these options benefited Smilz; but was tired of getting emails that just repeated the offers. I finally agreed to 50% refund on credit card . So Smilz ended up benefiting and I lost money.

I selected a trial offer and they charged me $198.70, I immediately canceled within ten minutes of ordering and was told 7-10 business days for a refund. I have now waited six weeks, every time I call they say they are expediting this to management, exact same story each time. I never received the product or my money back. Very scripted response in addition to the roosters shouting in the background!
