I was looking to purchase a puppy, and so I went online and came across this website, I thought “I’m just looking I’m not actually going to buy one here”, until I came across this adorable looking puppy named wendy I thought she was just the cutest so I tried to conduct some research of my own and see if this site could really be trusted and no red flags really stood out to me seeming to be that this was my first time trying to purchase a puppy online, I quickly thought “okay it’s fine this should be fine” so I went ahead and contacted them I was then walked through the purchase and I didn’t have any red flags until the day this puppy was to be shipped came and they told me I had to purchase or rent an electrical crate, I didn’t think much of it in that moment since the weather was a bit hazardous and this puppy was small so even though I was upset it was never disclosed to me that there’s be a possibility of more fees; I went ahead and asked how much it would be to rent one and when they told me the price I instantly got a red flag, over $1000 and the “delivery service” that contacted me through email asked for the payment in an odd manner that also shot a red flag, they asked for payments in all sorts of online payments which wasn’t odd but the odd part was when they also included/allowed payment in gift cards. That is when I immediately backed down and thought this was a scam a few days went by and I kept emailing the “puppy seller” back and forth about the situation and me not wanting to pay more for something that was never disclosed so beginning to grow impatient and receiving terrible service in return I went ahead and asked for my refund, which was never given to me after about two weeks of this ongoing situation.
