I received a phone call telling me that my Windows in my computer was being watched and that if I did not do something immediately all of my information would be taken. I was asked to get on my computer immediately! The person speaking had a foreign accent to his speech. I immediately called the Geek Squad and was told this was a scam. Never, ever, let anyone have online access to your computer - unless you are sure it is the Geek Squad!
