On January 24, I contacted a breeder online and we had a text conversation (i have the entire conversation still if needed). Everything sounded legit and we agreed to a delivery date. I received a bill of sale via email and shipping information. I also received an urgent request to update shipping because the crate wasn't good enough. Basically they were asking for $1350 and $1999 for the upgraded crate which I refused to pay for and asked the breeder to take care of that. He cancelled the transaction and said he would refund my money and he never did. He is not responding to texts or emails anymore.
