SmithsPicks advertises a boot as "High Quality and Waterproof Leather with Orthopedic Design & Arch support". They provide a picture of the boots in the ad. The boots that they send are clearly a cheap version knock-off of what is described and pictured. They are not high quality leather and are certainly not waterproof. There is absolutely no arch support. When I contacted the company to request a refund, they indicated the boots were what I ordered and they were not able to provide a full refund. They offered a 15% refund. If I want a full refund, I am required to send the boots to China at my expense, even though they were shipped to me from Franklin Park IL.
