I recently purchased a parcel of land with the intention of building a house. On or Around the month of July I noticed a construction has started in my neighborhood, so I stopped by when I saw a person on a work van and asked a few questions, he directed me to a house designer and I was pleased with the service. I went back to talk to him and he told me about a few jobs he was doing at the time, he told me about that specific job in my neighborhood, a 4200 square foot house, he said 85.00 sq ft was the price he was building it for, I thought it was a fair price. Around the first or second week of August I talked to him again, by then I already been working on getting the permits, I wanted to do a lot of the work myself, so I asked for an estimate for foundation work and framing work I will supply all the materials, he came back with an offer of 45000.00 for foundation, framing, and plumbing under the slab all materials included, and said all can be done in 2 to 3 months, we signed a contract on August 23 2018 he started lying the plumbing around 3 weeks later and on October 5 they drilled the Piers and filled with concrete. That was the last thing he did. Unfortunately we had over a month of rain after that was done, and when the weather was good for the foundation to be done he was nowhere to be found, did not answer his phone, did not return my calls.

The way he works is he gets your money and he starts the job, he parks one of his vehicles at the job site with his information on it and simply waits for other unsuspecting victims to come and ask for information. I know off at least 2 more victims of this guy, his name is Salome Mendez Linaldis and his wife is Maria Caballero they do this together.
