I saw the website on Facebook. And ordered clothes. They sent a email with the order and tracking number. Tracked for over a month and half. Then it posted delivered. That was not true the home has security and nothing was delivered. I have reached out every so often I have saved all contacts with them. first they did not want to give all my money they tried different times to give offers different amount of until they said I would receive the whole amount. But then that it would take 7 to 10 businesses days now it has turned into 25 to 30 days. I assume that I will not receive my refund from the company.

This company is 100& a scam
I ordered no clothes have arrived
They are saying its been signed for but can't send proof of my signature
Still not order and no refund
Just a lot of rubbish emails
Please do not use them

I purchased merchandise from here.
I received tracking number only t look up and find out it is Fake.
Working on getting credit to reimburse monies.
Said they the show up when going to legit SHEIN site. You would hope there would be more protection from this happening.

I purchases from smmila.com. They provided a tracking number but I check the USPS site and they have no record of the tracking number. The tracking stated that the package was delivered on Saturday September 20. I was at home all day. No package was delivered. I contacted the company and ask for a refund but have not received a response.

They were first clear factory then changed their name

They also run beaming.com
They mistakenly emailed me from beaming.com email responding to my skills/clear factory query… scam!

I saw an ad in Facebook where SHEIN was having a sale: everything was $3.99. My daughter and I love SHEIN, so I ordered for myself and my teen. My order was $44.85, and Hers was 48.93. We placed our order in the first week of June and we still have not received our packages yet. We have received emails confirming they have been delivered but have Not. I have communicated via email letting them know northern of the packages were delivered. They said there was nothing they could do but would we agree to “Sign for a second package at no cost” Toby’s. I agreed but still nothing.
