I saw an ad on facebook for the SMOL projector. I looked at the website as well as the facebook comments. They seemed to be legit. After I ordered the product things went wonky. The company would not respond to emails about when the items would be sent. After 3 emails, the item was showing as sent and out for delivery. The delivery never happened. There were people home all day so it wasnt stolen. I have reached out on a daily bases to get my money back. The company is refusing and telling me I need to wait 6 days after it says delivered. This makes no sense. Upon reading further on their website they make this waiting claim so that they have a loop hole to not refund the customer for items that did not arrive. The items did not arrive and isurance was bought on the shipment. The company is refusing to answer my demand for a full refund.
