SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

TriVani goes by many names, Smooth n Glow is just one of them. This ad appeared on Instagram, featuring Jennifer Aniston as the developer. Not True! Not only is this misrepresentation of a product, but the product itself is garbage that is drop-shipped from China. The seller has multiple domains to confuse you, however, I’ve received only one marketer “TriVani Anti-Aging Support Team” which is the signature at the bottom of every ad and email received. I was successful in cancelling my free subscription, which in fact is not free, but I have not been able to cancel my order (yet). I constantly get the runaround and repeated “pre-typed” responses. The support number is fake! All you get is a greeting and a hold. After doing some research, I found that this [censored] hole is based somewhere in Kansas. There is no actual address registered, only a latitude and longitude based on their IP address. I’m confident that I will be credited through my bank once I am able to report the purchase as a scam. In the meantime, I will continue to report this individual(s) with the FTC and have the IP address blacklisted. I encourage everyone who is experiencing this crime to follow suit!

An add for a free skin care product appeared on my news feed. The add claimed to provide you with a free sample for just $4.00 shipping cost. Once my card information was processed another screen popped up then vanished rapidly. Then I was informed that I had not only purchased something for $98, but also for $114; in addition to a membership for a program called 16 Week Skin Care Challenge. I immediately locked my card and called my credit company, but they were unable to do anything as the charges were "pending". The add uses Jennifer Aniston to get your attention. I've seen it several times. When I called the 888 phone number provided, I got a recording indicating the party was not available at this time. However, the documentation states that Customer Service is available 24 hours a day.
