Ordered 2 plant-based superfood mixes, 1 Chocolate and 1 Vanilla on December 28, 2017, total purchase $44.00. After receiving confirmation of order and it was deducted from my checking account. Never heard from them, sent several emails to see when and where my order is. No reply. Their web page is no longer available

This company says that it sells vegan protein smoothie mix and along with reviews it sounds like a great smoothie - except once you pay there is one email confirming and then you never receive any response to questions about ship time, product fulfillment or return of your money. This company is a fake and never actually ships anything they just take your money and don't reply. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Shame.

I ordered 2 packets of smoothies from a face book ad back in December 2017. I was charged on my credit card but never received the products. Back in January I realized I hadn't received it & tried to look up the website but when you go on it, it says it's disabled or no longer exists. There is no telephone numbers to call. I tried emailing "[email protected]" a few times but no one ever responds. I never received a confirmation email on it when I ordered it either.

Ordered product in December 2017, paid with card. No product delivered. Email returned (no such address). Website says "sold out" for 3 months. What recourse do I have? This website is operated by WellLife Beverages, LLC.

I ordered and prepaid 2 months worth of a smoothie mix on Dec. 26, 2017. They said it was on back order and would get it in Feb. Not received it or any emails from them since. I checked their website and they are still taking orders and saying now back order until March or April. Well it's March and both the emails I requested an answer were "failed to send". No phone number on their site should have been a warning but at the time didn't notice that it was missing.

Anyone who orders is sent a payment email and said that the product will be shipped. They never answer emails and never send out the product. Complete scam.

Saw this on instagram to get smoothie mix discounted at end of last year. Haven’t heard a word and no answer on emails or customer service. DO NOT buy its a scam!! I lost $90.00

I ordered an item in November 2017, and never received it. I emailed them, and asked for a refund 4 times and never heard back. PayPal refunded my money. On Google reviews, 24 people are claiming the exact same thing. They are not a real company

This so called company took my money at the end of November 2017 for all natural smoothies and I have yet to receive any product. I have sent numerous emails, no phone number is available, and have not received any response. I believe this entire company is a scam.

Do Not Order from Smoothie Life! Also they recently changed their name! So if you see smoothie packs for sale with company based in New York on Facebook! Beware!!! There are many complaints of orders placed ,money paid, and No response to emails and No delivery of product!!!

This business claims to be advertising vegan smoothies and teas. Claiming to be running a fall and spring presale at a discount price. Once you pay for product you never receive it and they only list a contact email in which they never respond to. I ordered October 2017 and a confirmation number was sent and stated they would follow up with a tracking number but never did. I’ve emailed them several times with no response. Beware and close it down.

The company advertises on Facebook sells smoothie products and does not deliver the item nor answer emails product never Arrives they are doing it to everyone from there website no one gets an answer or product they took 50 dollars from me too never got my product this is illegal

I ordered from Smoothie Life on December 20, 2017 from a very well done Ad with reviews on Facebook. I have sent this Company four emails asking when the item would be delivered and haven't received any responses back. Today I looked at my credit card to find they charged it $95 on December 21, 2017. I will be contacting my credit card bank tomorrow due to today being a holiday. In the meantime, I see on Facebook that myself and many others have all been scammed and Company doesn't exist and no one can get through to this Company or receive any feedback from them. Facebook has yet to take down. I called another Company thinking it was Smoothie Life but they have been inundated with calls and said to report as a fraud to your credit card Company. Please do not fall for this Scammer.
