Website says orders ship in 5-8 business days. My order was placed 2 1/2 weeks ago and I never received shipping information, nor did I receive my order. I tried calling the phone number 6 times during business hours and it went right to voicemail every time. I left a message but no one called me back. I have emailed three times with no response.
