This is my second and third sale, but under different ad on Facebook. This was selling medium pallets for 19.95 and Super Large pallets for 59.95. I ordered one of each sets for my daughter and my oldest grandson for Christmas presents for them to give to people. My grandson is a Mentally Challenged person and his mom is single mother raising two boys. Neither of them have money to spend on Christmas this year. I saw these ads on Facebook and as they advertised 100% satisfaction guarantee or 100% money back. We have been in contact through email for customer service on this one as well [email protected] and got the same run around as to their computer generated a mystery box instead of the two pallets that they showed online and offered us only 10% refund. My daughter and grandson replied as to requiring what was ordered or 100% refund. What they both received which was a soft sided package in the mailbox where they live with the same two items that I got: a cheap pair of ear buds and a mini palm humidifier. They will not reply back now to their emails either. I am out 79.90 + 79.90 =99.80 as well as my order through Bulb of 92.60. Funny thing is my credit card shows them at same location and using same MERCHANT ID: QGWA9NW8J33SZ6G for all three orders. BUYERS BEWARE!
