I ordered what should have been 2 beautiful military whiskey boxes. They were suppose to be here before Christmas as they were a present for my husband and dad. I emailed 2 weeks before Christmas bc I was getting nervous. I was told they were delivered. I was sent another tracking number that showed they were delivered somewhere in PA. I live in NW Florida. I continue to go back and forth for another week. I filed a complaint thru PayPal and they just accepted that they had been delivered. With some research I realized that this is apparently a thing between PayPal and this company. I received a package on Friday 13th that I would have never thought was this product. It was a cardboard box that I had to put together and there is no way it would hold a nice bottle of whiskey as detailed in the description. I have initiated another claim thru PayPal but I am doubtful I will have any luck getting a refund.
