I too ordered from Snag House in November. Contacted in December - they stated item being shipped, can’t refund since it has shipped. Tracking number not valid. Definitely a scam company.

This website says they are accredited by BBB. They have tons of testimonials and lists the publications they have been mentioned in. They have a very professional looking website and Facebook page including excellent shipping details too. I bought their product on November 23, and took a screen shot of my purchase with the order number showing. I have never heard back from them. I have emailed using their contact form, I’ve messaged them on Facebook, I’ve tried their listed phone number which gets rejected immediately. I’m out $50 and with nothing to show for it.

I did some more research on the Facebook page and realized it was created 4 days before my purchase and the active owners are in the Philippines not USA like they specifically say.
