Found the company through an advertisement on SnapChat offering a discount on storage boxes. Placed order on Feb 6 and as of March 4, we have not received the purchase. When trying to contact the through the order email [email protected] there has been no response. When trying to contact through the website, the website is "no longer available". This was a shopify platform website. I have tried to cancel or reverse the transaction with my Credit Card company but I am waiting on a verdict. Right now I am the victim of $165 lost.
