I ordered these door sills from a link off Snapchat… after a few weeks of not hearing anything I emailed them asking for any updates they said they were experiencing high volume of orders and they would ship out next week… a week goes by I email again asking for any updates and they told me I haven’t paid for them as soon as I pay they could process the order.. I shared a screenshot of where it said I paid and my bank account where the money came out… they said they would have to transfer the claim to a different department to investigate… a week later I email again and they tell me to be patient they are still working on it.. a week later now they are are saying that the machine is broke it will be another two weeks before they could make them… when I ask for a refund they tell me it’s already in process of production they can’t refund it…. Hopefully no one else gets scammed by these people
