Beware! Elbert White - Snap-Pro or Sup-Pro Web Designs!

This person who calls himself Elbert White, coerced me to pay &3000.00 to his company for assistance with recovery of a scam; and in order to get a refund, I would need to purchase a “website design package” for &3000. He continued to say his employees “took his contacts and locked him out of his own company! Continued to tell me he would refund my money. By “getting a real job… never received a penny back, not one thing for the $3000 charge! Nothing! Arizona Attorney General Office has complaint. Very good liar… sad… Avoided my calls! No professional service provided or given…

I was trying to build an online business and in December, 2017, a man named Elbert White (602-486-9493) called me stating he was a marketing expert would promote my business so that it would grow to be highly profitable. I sent him a bank wire for $5,000 but he didn't provide a single service to me. In fact, he avoided every call I made for weeks, and even tried convincing me to take part in a merchant loan scheme to "make me very wealthy." I demanded to speak with someone else at "Snap Web Studios" but he flatly refused. I did some investigating into his phone number I contacted him at and found another man with that exact number listed in the yellow pages. This was a middle-Eastern doctor named Khaled Albasha with phone number 480-993-2199 (who I found out did not work where he claimed to be on staff as a Radiologist in Pheonix). I am convinced now that this company, Snap Web Studios, and his website, were just a front for his fraudulent activity. I also demanded a refund which he said multiple times he would send me my $5,000 on a certain day, but every date came and went for over a year. All in all, he has returned only $100 to me! Elbert White also has many aliases; Desmond White is one of them. Beware of this person and do not ever send him (or anyone for that matter) money in return for his "professional promoting services." I am working with the Arizona Atty. Generals office as well as contacting every government representative in my state and beyond. The attached photo is that of this other individual having the same number Mr. White gave me, stating it was his personal number. (Which, by the way, Mr. White emphatically denied despite it's obvious proof.)
