On November 7 I ordered with this company a Robot Vacuum G20 vacuum cleaner; a present for my wife's birthday. By the time the birthday arrived, and we open the box the return time passed; I was not aware of this time limit, not clearly advertised. But two days after I sent email to the company asking for return authorization. I did not receive any response; I called and left message two times, the automatic answering service was in German which I do not know. I believe this company is scamming people. They require the client to return items without opening the box! How could you verify is the item is ok if you don't open the box!?
