I saw an ad for American Eagle lookalike clothing. I went to the website, it was super cheap, and I bought $35 worth of clothes (7 items). Red flag, I know. I paid with my credit card and the site was secure though. When I reached out to customer service because it was taking too long to ship (over a month), they sent me a shipping tracker: https://www.track718.us/en/detail?nums=LCWL20446459YQ. At some point it said the package arrived but it never did. I reached out and they said they could "send it again" or offer a 60% refund, and the refund would take 12-25 business days. I opted for the refund but haven't received it yet. They always responded to my emails but the English wasn't perfect. I believe the site is based in Hong Kong, to answer the question about country.
