I did a little searching and Tracy Cheng does show up as the HR manager at Snapfish, but from 2015-2018. I believe this scammer just pulled a name off LinkedIn to make it seem legit.

I went through the interview process, which was only ever over text, no voice/phone/video. I was asked to 'buy equipment with a company check that they would send me and that they would send me onboarding documents.'
I reached out to Snapfish directly and they confirmed that they were not hiring any new employees.
