Personalized Name Rings

In the beginning of February of 2021, I placed an order through snatchables with my children's names. I ordered four rings total, which in cost it was around $65.00 all together. They gave me a tracking number and it first showed up on a website saying it was delivered--to my same address but in Wisconsin, and I live in Missouri. I emailed support, they basically tried to tell me they weren't going to resend them and they were not liable. After email and email, they said in November of 2021 they remade them, and would be sending them out again. If you look at the screenshots, it says they only sent out two rings also. I never received anything. They were blaming it on COVID. So I again emailed the support email, sent screenshots of my order, and I was never getting a response. I am a single mother of two boys that ordered two of the rings for myself, one for my mother, and one for my grandmother, so angry and devastated is an understatement. I hope you catch whomever is doing this and make them pay for scamming everyone.

I ordered from this company about a year ago and have had emails with them back and forth about my personalized ring that has not yet arrived. I actually remember calling them scammers in an earlier email and being responded to with them being in a high demand. Before even purchasing I googled the company as I do with most companies, especially when found through social media, but I couldn’t find anything bad. I recently came across the emails today and decided to check out the Instagram account again and it’s been deleted. I don’t know how Instagram could allow a scam account stealing money on their system. Earlier towards when this first happened I did contact my bank about it and they did end up siding with the company. I have no idea why.. but what can you even do at this point.

WAITING FOR OVER 1 YEAR

I ordered some press on nails back in December 2020 and I am still waiting on my package. I have emailed them numerous times, and they keep saying my package is in transit, but cannot give me an actual tracking website that will track my package. They took my money really quickly but no package. This is horrible! These vendors should be blocked from posting on Facebook - actually, Facebook should not allow any of these type of vendors to sell their merchandise, unless they are reputable and have been checked out. I have since been told it is coming from China!

Hi I have been waiting for my item since July 30th. When I email them they send the exact email saying slow delivering due to covid. I have emailed them 3 times last time I asked for a refund and it's the same message due to covid. I tried calling 1- 909-317-3580 it not a valid number. This is not fair

Ordered an item then checked my bank straight away and saw Snatchbles had taken much more money than it was meant to. Called & emailed but nothing. So I checked the tracking number they gave on their one email ever sent. That tracking number traced a package picked up and delivered in 2018. This is overloading on your desk Mr Scampulse cos I seen a lot of reports here for the same company. Guess now I'm here you can start your mission in socking the [censored] out of these pirates right?haha. Thank you :)

Ordered a double personalised ring in January... its now August! Emailed snatchables numous times now, all I get in reply is 'due to covid... BS'! Don't waste your time with this site... you won't get what you pay for!

Bought a weighted hula hoop and the extended warranty, 60$ and 2 months later I received my package for it not to fit me. Guess they are only for skinny people? Lol. Anyways, have emailed them 5 times tried calling but the call never goes through. Have not heard a word back from them.

I bought an XL jacket via Facebook and after receiving it the jacket although says is XL on the tag is far smaller in size. I complained to Snatchbles and after weeks and weeks of waiting they finally replied by saying there is nothing they can do and the product is as described in the initial sales pitch on Facebook. I have bought a lot of clothing over the internet and there have been instances where I was not happy with the size or quality and they either refunded or replaced the item. With Snatchbles there was no mention of any acceptance of responsibility it was that or the highway. The quality of the item is also very questionable so my advice is to stay away from them you have been warned.

I ordered rings back in Feb. They said that the rings were slow to get to me due to covid. I waited 3 months then tried to email and call. The phone number is out of service, nobody returns my emails and I tried the China tracking number it says no such number. I bought it on my credit card but can't get refunded cuz of waiting to long. But I waited cuz of " so called COVID" IM TOTALLY UPSET.

I ordered 3 rings back in January for my goddaughters birthdays and never have received them. I email them almost everyday now and I stopped getting responses back. Im extremely mad and want to make someone take their website down just don’t know how to go about doing it

I ordered a ring for an event In January. Still haven't received it. Its now end of June. I emailed multiple times with the same response. They also said they do not offer refunds. So you don't offer refunds and just don't send things all together ? Reading other reviews I wonder how much money they have scammed from this..

I ordered a ring from Snatchables in January of 2021. It is now the end of June of 2021. I have sent numerous emails asking about the product I ordered or a refund. At first I would receive an automated email back saying the same thing that due to covid shipments were delayed. But for the last month they have now stopped responding to my emails. And I have no other way to contact them.
Legal means to get my money back would cost more than the item I ordered. But at this point it's the principal of how awful their company is.

I ordered products in February of 2021. As of the June 2021, I still have not received my products, despite their 3-5 day shipping policy. When I contacted them, they said that the delay is being caused by USPS but didn’t want to provide me a tracking number. When I continuously insisted, they sent me a tracking number that turned out to be invalid and then just kept replying with the exact same pre-written message that my products were sent but were delayed by USPS. I called the phone number listed on their website and it’s a disconnected line. I asked for my money back and stopped hearing from them altogether.

I offered an outfit back in September of 2020 and stuff haven’t gotten it, they keep sending me the same messages that the usps is delayed…..Bull I order for places all the time and get my stuff right away. The tracking number they gave me says my package is in the shipping warehouse but hasn’t left yet 7 months later. I will never see this item and I wish I would have known before I spent the money!

Ordered a ring back in January. Said it was supposed to be delivered in February but it is now June and it still says delivery pending for March 10th… they said they don’t refund. This website is an absolute scam and it’s sad that they are still operating
