Sndbx gaming ran online advertisements for a free gaming tournament for kids at a local movie theatre back in December. They hosted the event and then invited you to sign up for a ten week tournament hosted weekly that was supposed to start February 13th. At the end of January or beginning of Feb they sent out one email stating that there were delays with their products arriving on time and they would reach out once that was completed. This never happened. I reached out several times in March and the beginning of April always receiving a "thank you for you patience" email back. On April 10th I sent an email requesting a complete refund. Almost immediately I received an email back stating that they would begin the process and it may take up to 10 business days and that I would receive an email once the refund process began. Seven business days later I sent a second email asking for an update and heard nothing back so I reached out to my bank and disputed the charges. Today, 15 days after my email for a refund was sent they responded and said they are now experiencing issues with refunds.
