Made arrangements for the $150 membership base on me being a Disable veteran with fixed income. Right after 1st payment was told i will issued a refund. This was in March 2023. After sending several emails; the only way to get any response was to post a comment under their social media (Facebook). This was in May 2023. When refund was supposedly processed it was in my child's name. Now when I made the payment I'm pretty sure the payment would not have went through with the wrong name. So why refund in the wrong name? Next i was inform that the mistake will be taking care of ; will be contacted afterwards. Oh but I was contacted for a new promotion and discount via text. But still no information on my refund. It is now almost the end of June and was told by David that "We bulk processed them last week and should take 7-10 days, please let me know if you don’t receive by Friday and we can look it up and work it out". After almost 5 months for a refund you KNOW YOU DIDNT ISSUE. It's a lost!!! Very poor business.
