Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was billed, an order confirmation was emailed to me, but the sneakers never arrived. Also, they charged me more than the order amount.
Instead, I received fake Ray Ban sunglasses.
All communication attempts to resolve this have failed. They respond to the initial email, ask for additional information regarding the order promising to remedy the issue, do not respond, and when you follow up their email is no longer valid. This exchange has happened three times.
