Ordered item and the tracking provided didn't work. Then it did and was stuck with no update For about a month. Now it says No such tracking number exists and I still haven't received it.

I placed an order with the company in August 2022 and read that it would take months to fulfill the order. I waited to no avail to receive any of the items I purchased on the attachment. Additionally, my order is still listed as processing through their website! The screenshot is from today, June 10th at 9:36 AM CST.
