My Son 16 entered what this guys was saying was an shoe giveaway contest... by liking and sharing his post. although my son didn't win he told him to just send the shipping and handling and he would send him a pair because his effort and that he came so close, but after the money was sent Via cashapp, no shoes were sent. Requested a refund, but by then he had already blocked my son from is IG page.
