Good Day,
I purchased the straps and tried it multiple times. The first couple nights I assumed it was working but when my husband came home from out of town he said I snored like a freight train with the strap on. I found that even if it tighten it, I can still get my mouth open. I have a sleep apnea dental appliance which I have returned to using.
Please share with me the instructions to return the 3 pack I ordered.

This would mean you are falsely advertising! Unfortunately, people need to know this before they order. Sad reality is I learned after trying the product that I could get the same thing at Walmart for $3.41. Can you explain to me how it's considered to %100 money back guarantee but pay to ship to Vietnam and consider it may never get there? This is completely ludicrous and misleading! You are leaving me no other option but to accept %10 back and leave reviews explaining your claims are false and the product does not work so this to happen to anyone else OR refund me back %100 of the purchase price. I will also be contacting my credit card to report your activity and they can flag future purchases as a scam. That is what this is. You take our money and make false claims.

After more thought, I cannot accept these terms. I am not 100% satisfied and I expect 100% refund from an American company. I would like to send the straps to you for full refund and you can send it to Vietnam. If not, people need to know the truth about your company and their policies.
