The business listed a free giveaway of a spring cleanup for your yard. My daughter won since she was the only one to comment. It took 3 days her to get him to finally get over to our home to do the cleanup. Then when he arrived, he walked around our home and stated that his spring cleanup only consisted of cleaning out 2 flower beds. I said but that’s not what the Facebook contest said, and your business advertisement says you do a lot more for a spring cleanup! He said sorry no, this is a lot to do. Well we only had the backyard with leaves to cleanup. That’s all I was asking. Then he said he would do that. I told him it didn’t have to be perfect. He then said he didn’t have a leaf blower to do the patio, so I gave him ours to use. Then he said he forgot his leaf rake! So I gave him one of ours! Couldn’t believe this was happening. As we stood and talked with our neighbor outside we noticed he had his girlfriend in his truck waiting on him. I thought it was very inappropriate. He kept coming back to talk to her. We witnessed him bringing back just a few bags of leaves to his truck. We went inside and didn’t notice he left. Left my rake outside and my leaf blower as well, right in the backyard. I messaged him 4 times that evening asking if he was coming back the next day and called twice and got no answer. Called and messaged once the next day. Finally my daughter left a bad review and so did I on his fb page, and I messaged him what I thought about his business and how he is handling it. Because now it is up to my daughter and I, which I am disabled due to RA, to get my yard done. He messaged me back right away and was rude and informed me he could do what he wanted when he advertised a cleanup, it could be literally anything. I said that was false advertising. Now he has blocked us from his fb page and like I said we are left with his mess, as he absolutely did nothing, and it’s a bigger mess than before. I can’t get any other lawn service to come out because they are all full. I sure don’t want anyone else to fall victim to anything he does or states he is willing to do.
