Business took our money and never shipped the product. We received several emails stating that they were backed up due to Covid-19 and that the order would ship within 14 days. Over a month later and still nothing. Requested a refund and they claimed the order number provided was invalid (it wasn’t). Tried to message them on Instagram, where we originally found out about them, and they immediately blocked us. Commented to them from another account and they immediately blocked that account. There are other people complaining to them on Instagram as well (search for Snow Oral Care).
