Obviously, I didn't pay the insurance fee, but I did pay the initial $900 (the extra $100 for transportation). The payment was requested through Moneygram or Western Union. I paid through Western Union.
When I last spoke with the scammer/seller they said they'd refund my money but have yet to do so or even answer a phone call, e-mail or text.
