My wife joined the Nextdoor app and found this advertisment on the web site, contacted the company's representative Michael Richards at 613-417-2226 but never actually talked with this person, the one I talked with and made the deal is called John Cairnie at 343-297-6979 and was told that Michael and brothers work for him and so on, John sent me a contract to sign which I did and send it to him with the e-transfer in the amount of $450.00 and when I received the bank confirmation the money was deposited into John Cairnie's personal account which made me suspect that the name of Michael Richards is a coverup to scam people. Us and others were scammed because they never attempted to clear the 15 cm of snow we had on December 4, 2023 and now they do not acknowledge any messaging and/or phone calls
