Snowy Skin promised a 90 day money back guarantee. I used their product as directed for about 80 days with little or no noticeable results. I then emailed them to return and initiate the 90 day money back guarantee and was told that they would refund my money after I sent the product back. I sent it to the address given and never received a refund. I followed up with the company and was told: "Regrettably, we have encountered challenges in receiving funds in our account, and our bank is diligently investigating the issue on our behalf.

Please understand that this situation is affecting various aspects of our operations, and we are committed to promptly addressing the matter as soon as it is rectified.

Thank you for your understanding and patience." I again followed up and was given a similar statement. My product also came back in the mail as undeliverable. I believe this is a scam. I've never received my money back despite many attempts at contact.
