Scammer identified himself as a police offer and was soliciting money for National Police & Troopers Associations. Said i would donate $15.00. He insisted and wanted a payment via credit card. I told him no and continued the pressure. I got a letter with the donation amount. I decided to investigate and found this site describing in detail my own experience. Has been calling me day and night using bogus numbers each time.
