I made this purchase after seeing an ad on Instagram. After waiting a month, it said it was delivered to New York, but I live in Washington state. I have written them several emails with nothing back. The Instagram profile is no longer in existence, so I found them on Facebook and there are multiple comments under the only picture they have posted and they are all having the same problem. There are several post about this, so called company as well.
