Purchased their product which was a bean bag chair and they charged my card but I never rcvd the product. I emailed them multiple times and they keep replying with it will be sent in 3-5 business days. I’ve also seen other stories now about the same company where people were scammed as well.

I ordered a beanbag from this "company" for my son's birthday. When I asked for the tracking number after a week from not hearing anything from them, they said they were delayed 'due to TikTok trends'. The email didn't seem very professional so I looked further into the company and realized that I was scammed after reviewing online scam alert sites. I also asked several times for a refund and cancellation in which they continued to say they would accommodate if I wanted but that the item could be shipped shortly if I change my mind.
